Excruciating pain in my arch and heel to point of not being able to walk. I can't find a comfortable pair of shoes and don't know what to do to get rid of it.

Because your pain is so intense and is affecting your mobility and well being, we would strongly recommend that you consult your primary care physician or a foot health professional, who can help determine what is going on and help determine a course of treatment. A foot health professional can also help you with footwear selection so that you can find something that will hopefully bring you more comfort.
