Need help but don't no where to go. Been to a major medical clinic but still have same pain 24 hours a day. Have had insoles made by podiatrist but no help. What now?

Thank you for contacting IPFH. We do not provide diagnoses or medical recommendations on line. You don’t say what your diagnosis is, or if you have seen more than one podiatrist. If you do not have a firm diagnosis, then that would be the first place to start – a medical diagnosis to find out if there is a specific underlying cause(s) for the pain. Once that has been done, then the physician can address your situation, perhaps with appropriate footwear and/or medication. If you already have a solid diagnosis, then perhaps a second opinion from a foot health professional or other medical professional would be in order. One other option would be to consult with a medical professional who specializes in pain management, but the most effective course of action would be to get a solid diagnosis, get treated according to that diagnosis, and seek multiple opinions if you cannot get your situation resolved. We are very sorry to hear that you are in such pain, and we hope you can get some relief very soon.
