Lori S. Weisenfeld, DPM

Lori S. Weisenfeld, DPM, a sports podiatrist based in New York City, has been treating athletes, dancers and performers from around the world for over 25 years.  Dr. Weisenfeld, a Clinical Advisor to the American Running Association,  is board certified in both podiatric surgery and podiatric orthopedics.  She is a clinical instructor of orthopaedics at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Vice Chair of the Medical Advisory Board of the Gramercy Surgery Center.

Dr. Weisenfeld  is committed to preventive foot health and to informing primary care physicians, other health professionals and the general public about the importance of regular foot exams and timely, appropriate treatment of foot conditions. She has appeared on many network news shows,  has been quoted in The New York Times and featured in national publications such as Woman’s Day, Jane, Pointe Magazine, Quick & Simple, Dance, Women’s Health and OK!
