Ask The Experts

What does it mean when you get short brief ache in toes and then it comes and goes?

Thank you for contacting IPFH. We do not provide diagnoses or medical advice on line. It would be best for you to contact your primary care physician or a foot health specialist. A medical professional can diagnose your case and then provide suggested treatment(s). A sporadic ache in your toes might be an indicator of  any one of several conditions, so it is important to see a medical professional. We hope you will do that soon, and that your situation will be resolved quickly. Meanwhile, you can use our foot pain self assessment tool to help determine what might be causing the issue. Please note that this tool is not meant to be used as a diagnostic device, nor is it a substitute for a visit to a medical professional. We wish you the best.
