Shin pain redness. I kicked side of bed by accident. There is limited swelling in the evening, but then goes away at night. I have extreme joint pain in front of ankle and limited movement of ankle and toes. The swelling and pain goes down overnight. When I put running shoes and very short very loose socks on the swelling got bad from walking half day. In ankle and lower shin area there is redness in front of shin bone and on the side of the foot and in the back of the foot. If I take weight off the foot, the pain is light, but the ankle is super stiff, and so are the toes. Pain is generating from top of ankle right in the center front of the joint.
