I have pain in both feet when I am on them for long periods of time. I can hardly walk because of the pain. I have stiffness at the bend of my feet on the top when I sit for a while and I can hardly walk when I first get up. I know I have Morton's neuroma in my right foot and have had injections for that to no avail.

Thank you for contacting IPFH. We cannot diagnose or recommend treatments on line. You don’t say whether or not you are under the care of a doctor or foot specialist, although your mention of having had injections for a Morton’s neuroma would indicate that you have seen a medical professional in the past. If you are NOT under the regular care of a doctor or foot health specialist, we would recommend that you consult one. He or she can diagnose the pain in the non-Morton’s neuroma foot and recommend treatments for that and for the neuroma. If you are already under the care of a medical professional, we would suggest that you inform him or her that your previous treatments did not appear to be effective for the Morton’s neuroma, and also that you are having pain in your other foot. Alternatively, if you are under the care of a doctor, you might consider getting a second opinion from another medical professional. Either way, we hope you will soon get some relief and be walking normally again.
