What causes the bottom of your feet to hurt?
Thank you for contacting IPFH. There are many conditions that can cause pain on the soles of the feet. You don't describe the exact nature of your pain or where specifically it is on the bottom of your feet, but there are different types of pain (deep soreness, burning, sharp pain, superficial pain on the skin of the feet, etc.) that can be indicattive of different conditions. Your best bet is to consult your primary care physician or a foot health professional who can help identify the reason for the pain and then make recommendations on how to remedy it.
