Why does my lower leg with venous cuts hurt?

We are not sure what you mean by "venous cuts," but interpret it to mean that you have cuts on your legs that have affected the veins. But even if we are not interpreting correctly, our advice would be the same: Consult your primary care physician as soon as you can. If you have incurred a wound and it is painful, you need to get it checked by a medical professional. If you do not have a primary care doctor, we would recommend that you visit an urgent care center or hospital: It is always best to err on the side of caution. We hope you will do this at your earliest opportunity, and that you will soon know what is causing your pain and what to do about it.
