I get this awful pain in my foot on the outside - it feels like a hot knife going through butter. It lasts for a few seconds to maybe a minute. It hits out of the blue, kinda by my small toe. I have no idea where it comes from it just goes and sometimes shoots up my leg. Please help me! When it hits I jump like I'm shot!
