Plantar Warts

Medical Considerations for Plantar Warts

Plantar warts generally pose no major threat or danger, but people with diabetes should never attempt to treat them on their own.

Plantar warts may come back after treatment. If they recur, consult your physician or foot health professional.  As always, if you have soreness, pain, redness, swelling or other indications of problems that persist for more than a few days, consult your physician.
