My forefoot is uncomfortable. It tingles with a numbing sensation running up my legs and to my buttocks.

The symptoms you are describing could be due to a number of possible conditions or possibly an injury that you incurred (you don’t mention any accidents, but it is possible sometimes to injure yourself and not realize it). The best advice we can provide is for you to consult your primary care physician. He or she can help determine the nature of your condition and then possibly refer you to a specialist for treatment. Because you describe tingling and numbness, it could be related to nerves in your foot or leg, and this makes it very important that you consult a medical professional soon. We hope you will do this and will soon be back to normal.
