Why do the balls and toes on both feet feel numb?

Thank you for contacting IPFH. We cannot provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations on line. Numbness in any part of your feet is not normal. We would strongly recommend that you see your primary care physician or a foot health professional so that you can determine what is going on and what you can do to address your numbness. You can read more about numbness here. It can often be a signal of neuropathy (nerve damage) in your feet, so we recommend that you consult a medical professional at your earliest opportunity, and get the care you need.
